Staff Lesson Substitution System
Staff Lesson Substitution System v1G - 2010-5-31 (bug fixed)
An easy to use Staff Lesson Substitution program for handling staff substitution arrangements when a teacher calls for sick leave. It is very useful for school heads or principals to arrange staff absence substitution with just a few mouse-clicks. Criteria for staff selection are also provided. Free to use for schools formally registered under EDB in HKSAR.

Update information (v1C):
(1) Allow 12 Days per cycle
(2) Allow setting Initial balance at beginning of term
(3) Allow 50 periods per day
(4) Reports are opened for self modification using VFP 6.0
(5) Reports will not display staff absence reasons
(6) Allow one more user login account for handling Substitutions only
(7) Alllow 1 decimal place for staff lesson loadings

SPARS - School Penalty Award Recording System v2009.9.19
School Penalty Award System is my recent new program for school Discipline Team / School Admin to monitor and record all students' Awards and Penalties throughout their 5-7 years of school life until they graduate from the school. It is a server-client program meaning that ALL teachers can input/view/edit their students' Award / Penalty records from their own desktop computer, while the Discipline Master / Principle can AT ANY TIME view the whole school students' penalty / award status at REAL TIME. There are many extra functions to help ease the Discipline Master / Principle and teachers as well to add / view / monitor student relevant conduct statistics.
Currently there is only a Chinese version setup file to be installed on computers with Chinese Windows XP / 2003.
This program is provided FREE to use for All education institutes or schools formally registered under the Education Manpower and Bureau (EMB) of HKSAR.

Inter School Sports Day and Swimming Gala Recording System v3A (17/01/2011)
A newly designed system for organising joint school sports day and swimming gala functions. This is a released version and is ready for use.
Version v3A adds some enhancements and fixes all bugs found in v2B, v2A, v1.7, v1.6, v1.5, v1.4, v1.3 and v1.2

Physical Fitness Recording System (brand new version (PFRS + PMEP)- September 1, 2011
This 2011.09.01 version has added a new module on Physical Measurement Enhancement Project (PMEP) jointly organised by EDB and the Department of Health. Under this project, schools can work out their students' Body Mass Index (BMI) according to their body Heights and Weights. Sets of reports on students' BMI status are provided as well.

Visual Foxpro Runtime Library
All my developed programs can be run within the school Intranet system. Simply install the complete package onto your school server. Share the program folder in this server with FULL ACCESS CONTROL RIGHTS for EVERYONE. On each client workstation, just install the RUNTIME Library. Map a network drive on this client workstation pointing to the shared folder in the server and execute the program from within this mapped folder.
