(a)  進入 陸運會/水運會/遊戲日程式，用主功能菜單的第七項功能   【壓縮及庫存所有數據】把舊資料備份。
(a) Enter Sportsday/Swimgala/Gamesday program.  Use Main Menu Function 7 [Zip and Backup All data] to save your old data first.
(b) 退出程式，開啟【控制台】的增加/刪除程式解除安裝 陸運會/水運會/遊戲日程式。
(b) Exit the program.  Start [Control Panel] and use the [Add / Remove Programs] to uninstall the  Sportsday/Swimgala/Gamesday program.
(c)  若已設定網上報名系統，請一並把它栘除。
